wow, thank you greatly for the kind words. These were all taken in or around Sac. A few in neighboring areas, but still within an hour or so drive.

I should have more up before too long, I had forgotten about DA for some time and just today remembered about this place.

Nice stuff man, I really like the simplicity of the images, not overdone but still very striking. It takes some real talent to make the everyday into something that well composed. Most people just see a world out there in a million pieces but you've got an eye for it. Were these all taken in Sac?

you may have noticed these are all straight conversions from the camera. I normally do a fair ammount of alteration on my pictures with GIMP to create nice desktops for my computer screen (or just pretty art to print out). Not having the time for that these days, and still taking lots of photos, means I have a huge backlog of pictures that I doubt I'll ever get around to editing. Hence this collection. Pictures I like and wanted to do something with, but I have to be honest and admit that I likely never will get around to these.
